APL 1456 N. Srª do Monte, em Mangualde

Up on a high mountain Our Lady appeared to some labourers or she manifested herself as a statue, in the middle of thee cork trees. They were very happy to go and tell of the apparition to the dwellers of Mangualde, who were very keen to get this treasure and rushed up the mountain. There they worshipped the Lady and then took it to their church. The next day they found that the angels had taken her. They then decided to build a chapel on that same hill, where they found her again.
