APL 1472 Da milagrosa Imagem de nossa Senhora da Saude, de Peras Alvas, & Revelles

The image was called the Old Lady and was worshipped in very old chapel. When the people tried to move it into a new church, the image moved back to the old chapel (3 times). They then decided to renovate the old chapel, and changed the name of the image for that of Our Lady of Health.
